Kia of Hamilton is hiring an Internet Sales Specialist to join our Hamilton, ON team. In this full-time role you will drive sales for new and pre-owned vehicles, convert leads, and strengthen client relationships to grow our dealership presence.

You will monitor performance metrics, develop sales plans for your team, and collaborate on marketing initiatives while delivering an exceptional client experience and upholding our standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in automotive dealership sales management.
• Leadership experience in a sales environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting practices, budgeting and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Execute the established short, medium, and long-term sales objectives for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Develop and implement sales plans for your team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Contribute ideas to dealership marketing and advertising initiatives and ensure iLeads convert to sales.
