AutoCanada's Kia of Hamilton location is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases online, by phone, and in person, delivering an exceptional buying experience.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing role and a proven ability to build lasting relationships. Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; high school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

The Automotive Sales Consultant interacts with customers online, over the phone and in-person to guide them through the vehicle purchase process.With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations all while focusing on providing an exceptional experience. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, a “hunter” mentality with the ability to stay self-focused, and an impressive track record of building relationships to retain customers.

The expected range of compensation for this position is $45,000 – $90,000 Commission — No base. This position is entirely commission-based and the expected compensation range reflects potential earnings based on historical performance and market conditions. Actual earnings will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, and other factors. No minimum or guaranteed level compensation is provided.
