As a Business Analyst, you will support the ongoing delivery, enhancement, and operational activities of a modern insurance application platform.
Working within an Agile product delivery environment, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, document business processes, develop user stories, and support testing and implementation activities.
You will contribute to the effective delivery of solutions built on an event-based microservices architecture, working closely with development and testing teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
In addition to core Business Analysis responsibilities, you will support Agile ceremonies, facilitate collaboration, and perform Scrum Master duties as required to maintain delivery momentum and team effectiveness.
This is an initial 4-month engagement supporting the ongoing development, enhancement, and operational delivery of a modern insurance technology platform, with the potential for extension up to 24 months.
The selected consultants will join established Agile product teams, working alongside internal Business Analysts to strengthen delivery capacity, support competing priorities, and contribute to the successful evolution of a custom-built enterprise application.
This is a Business Analyst position, not a hands-on software development role. While familiarity with modern application architectures and DevOps environments is beneficial, direct programming experience is not required.
The opportunity is fully remote within Canada, with working hours aligned to Saskatchewan business operations.
