Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Health Informatics or relevant program of study.
• Significant experience eliciting and documenting business requirements using BPMN diagrams, data flow diagrams, use cases and ER diagrams.
• Recent experience leading users through user acceptance testing including writing user acceptance tests and plans.
• Experience contributing to market research activities.
• Candidates with a combination of education, training and experience may be equally considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project deliverables align with department goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership in developing needs assessments, feasibility studies, business cases, specifications, market research and user acceptance testing for assigned projects.
• Work on medium to large-scale projects supporting departmental and territorial initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to Yukon public service value of teamwork, innovation, and service excellence.
