You will educate clients on a broad range of insurance products and own client relationships while handling complex cases. Qualifications

• 2+ years insurance industry experience with a Level 2 License and CAIB/CIP progression
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and ability to tailor coverage
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions for personal lines
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations for coverage
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes with accuracy
• Build lasting client relationships and provide proactive support through the customer journey
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to growth through cross‑selling and upselling

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $26.60 to $33.25, with a 35 hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You’ll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members.

Whywe’ll love You:

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience, supported by a Level 2 License and progress toward your CAIB and/or CIP designation (financial support provided!)
