Westland Insurance Group in Delta, BC is seeking an Insurance Advisor to educate clients on insurance products, own client relationships, and help grow the company’s presence in the local community.

This role rewards a sales-focused, client-centered professional with a broker license or in-progress CAIB/CIP, a track record of meeting targets, and a willingness to grow their knowledge through training and development opportunities at Westland.

Qualifications

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $23.00 to $27.75 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
