Westland Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Victoria, BC to deliver exceptional client service and educate clients on coverage options for their needs.

You will own client relationships, promote products, and help grow Westland's presence in the local community while pursuing licenses and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Broker license or working towards CAIB/CIP.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $22.20 to $27.75 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
