Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking an Insurance Advisor for our Fort Saskatchewan, AB office. You will educate clients on insurance products, promote services, and build strong client relationships to support community presence.

You’ll deliver superior service, target growth, and own client outcomes while navigating underwriting basics. A passion for insurance and a collaboration-focused mindset will help you thrive in our open, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Building authentic client relationships comes naturally.
• Strong time management with discretion and confidentiality.
• Insurance broker licence 1 or working toward CAIB/CIP with financial support provided.
• 6 months+ of industry experience is a bonus.
