Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer / Instructional Designer in Learning & Development to shape how employees learn by partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to create high-quality training solutions that maximize learning outcomes.

You will design training experiences, lead modality development, and ensure learning aligns with business goals, collaborating across functions to deliver impactful programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in learning design

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to identify clear learning outcomes for training
• Design the optimal training experience to ensure the solution maximizes learning and business needs
• Evaluate the learning objectives to determine the most effective, efficient and engaging modality for delivery
• Determine the structural components for each modality to organize and reinforce learning topics
• Lead and oversee the construction of training modalities to ensure the intended learning experience is achieved
• Oversee the development of detailed components to ensure that the intended learning experience is achieved
