The role emphasizes design at scale, consistency, and a deep engagement with fashion-driven digital interfaces, requiring leadership in projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking.
• Experience leading projects from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Experience designing within complex digital ecosystems maintaining brand integrity.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into compelling digital experiences.
• Curiosity for technology, fashion, culture and design trends.
• Strong presentation and communication to align stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Brand, Marketing.
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution.
