Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible sales positions including at least five years of client service experience.
• Graduation from a recognized Sales and Marketing program, preferably a bachelor’s degree in business.
• Strong preference for certification as a Certified Technician (C.Tech.) and/or a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.).
• Experience in technical sales in the electronics industry is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills using MS Office, ERPs and CRMs.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
• Well-developed sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell corporate products or services through achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
• Introduce new corporate products or services to established clients and reach business targets.
• Develop phone-based revenue generation through quotes, orders, and promotions; communicate status to clients.
• Update ERP with new orders, changes, and cancellations; coordinate with related departments.
• Coordinate client training, webinars, and visits; build and maintain client relationships.
• Manage sales activities using M2M and Salesforce and provide weekly updates on sales funnels.
