Job summary

Canadian Fiber Optics Corp. in Calgary is seeking a highly driven sales professional to join our Residential Sales team.

You will initiate contact with prospective customers via sales lists, inbound calls, cold calling, and social media channels while managing your own sales funnel and closing meaningful broadband deals. You will build trust with residents, foster relationships, and champion the Northern Lights Fiber brand.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience.
• Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or university degree in business/marketing.
• Familiar with CRM software.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work in teams or independently.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated sales professional to join our sales team. In this role, you will drive meaningful results through our Residential Sales channel, under the guidance of Residential Sales Management as well as Senior leadership. You will Initiate contact with prospective customers via sales lists, inbound calls, cold calling, and social media channels. If you love managing your own sales funnel, and delivering world class broadband to communities, this role is perfect for you.

What you will be doing

• Sales Management: Take charge of the entire sales journey, from creating opportunities to sealing the deal with our amazing clients (both new and familiar faces).
• Trust Champion: Develop and maintain super strong, trust-filled relationships that align with CFOC’s values, making sure our customers are happy and loyal for the long haul.
• Connecting with our customers: Foster relationships with residents to instill trust and confidence in the Northern Lights Fiber brand.

What we are looking for

• A Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience from the telecommunication industry is a plus.
• High school diploma, or University Degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential clients/customers
• Must be very organized, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks.
• Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
