Job summary

Canadian Fiber Optics (CFOC) and Norther Lights Fiber (NLF) seeks a driven sales professional to lead the residential sales process. You will initiate contact via lists, inbound calls, cold outreach and social channels, guiding opportunities from start to close and building lasting trust with customers.

You will develop strong relationships with residents, represent CFOC values, and contribute to community broadband growth through effective, customer‑centric selling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience; telecom background is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM software and client relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; highly organized.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude; able to work in a team or independently.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales journey from prospecting to closing with residential clients.
• Build trust-based relationships aligned with CFOC values to promote loyalty.
• Engage with residents to foster confidence in the CFOC brand.
