Job summary

Canadian Blood Services in Canada is seeking a Regular, full-time Program Manager to join the Infrastructure Program within the Network & Collections Transformation team. You will plan, manage and support delivery of new, operationally ready facilities with validated systems and licenses, and lead a small team across concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Seven+ years managing complex projects with large teams and budgets.
• Project management certifications are assets.
• Experience with regulated environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple multi-year projects within the Infrastructure Program.
• Develop program dashboards, roadmaps and governance materials.
• Support establishment of national design standards and reporting.
• Oversee project teams and manage risk, cost and timelines.
