Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Technical or Infrastructure Program Management.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure delivery programs.
• Strong compute, networking, storage, and data centre understanding.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with hyperscale AI infrastructure or GPU cloud environments (preferred).
• Experience multi-site infrastructure expansion programs (preferred).
• Familiarity with Dell, NVIDIA, Lenovo, Supermicro platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of ROCE, InfiniBand or similar tech (preferred).
• Experience with NetBox, Nlyte DCIM, or equivalents (preferred).
• Advanced scheduling with Jira, MS Project, Primavera P6 (preferred).
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical program management group and drive successful AI infrastructure programs from initiation to handoff.
• Provide delivery leadership across AI Infrastructure Expansion, GPU Cloud Deployment, and multi-site deployments.
• Establish governance, milestones, decision gates, and success metrics for programs.
• Manage scope, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and risks with regular executive updates.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Construction, Procurement, and TPMs.
• Ensure customer commitments and contractual obligations are met with predictable delivery.
• Drive financial oversight, resource planning, and risk mitigation across programs.
• Mentor and lead Senior Technical Project Managers and Technical Project Managers.
