Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Delivery) to lead strategic infrastructure delivery programs across Canada, aligning engineering, construction, operations, procurement, and leadership. You will own program strategy, governance, and delivery outcomes, guiding senior stakeholders and multi-site deployments in a fast-growing AI cloud and data centre portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of Technical Program or Infrastructure Program Management experience.
Experience leading large-scale infrastructure delivery programs.
Strong understanding of compute, networking, storage, and data centre environments.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and executive stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver strategic AI infrastructure programs from initiation to handoff.
Lead multi-program delivery with PMs to ensure alignment and results.
Establish governance, milestones, decision gates, and success metrics.
Coordinate resource planning across engineering, operations, procurement, and PM teams.
Communicate program health and risks to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
Ensure customer infrastructure meets contractual commitments and schedules.
Monitor budgets and forecast resources; manage procurement lead times.
Provide leadership and mentoring to delivery teams and promote best practices.
