Job summary

Paralucent Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a tech-centric, data-driven Project Manager to lead an enterprise data platform transformation.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage data modernization initiatives, and guide AI-assisted delivery practices across multiple workstreams. The role focuses on migrating from legacy EDW to modern cloud platforms, delivering analytics capabilities, and enabling AI-driven solutions with clear governance and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading medium-to-large enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing enterprise data, analytics, BI, reporting, or data transformation programs.
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery and familiarity with topics like Github Copilot and Agentic frameworks is an asset to this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project in the capacity of a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and resources.
• Adopt AI-assisted delivery methodologies and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate migration and modernization of data assets from legacy EDW to cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure teams remain accountable for deliverables and timelines.
• Provide clear reporting on project health, progress, and decisions.
