Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within ICI construction.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up ICI projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and ownership.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, design, and financial expectations.
