Job summary

Reliance Impact is seeking a Project Director to lead ground-up ICI construction programs in the GTA. You will provide strategic direction, align project teams, and drive delivery excellence across large-scale industrial, commercial, and institutional builds.

The role demands deep leadership, sharp financial oversight, and strong communication with executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering ground-up ICI construction projects.
• Proven leadership experience with a reputable General Contractor.
• Strong financial acumen and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the GTA market.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across multiple ground-up ICI projects.
• Mentor and lead Project Managers, Site Teams, and Construction Managers.
• Own project financials, schedules, risk mitigation, and client relationships.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Uphold best-in-class standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
