Job summary

Reliance Impact in Mississauga is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead complex ICI construction projects, overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes from pre-construction to closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement, coordinate with internal teams and trades, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Project Manager role overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes on ICI construction projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, tendering, procurement, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the mechanical and electrical scopes of ICI building projects from pre-construction through to project closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement activities
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, site staff, consultants, and trades to maintain project flow and delivery timelines
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help drive solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure all mechanical and electrical work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards
