Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a seasoned planning professional to lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across supply and demand, inventory, and executive reviews in a Canadian context. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize planning processes and translate business needs into SAP IBP solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to drive improvements in cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and governance of master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years in planning, preferably in industry.
• Strong planning knowledge: supply planning, inventory, S&OP/IBP.
• Experience translating requirements into SAP IBP solutions.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP processes including supply and demand planning, inventory, and executive reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across planning.
• Document requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
• Configure, test, and support planning system enhancements; include UAT and training.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for key planning metrics.
• Monitor inventory health and service levels; root-cause performance gaps.
• Support monthly S&OP/IBP cycles with data integrity and timely outputs.
• Champion SAP-IBP and ensure master data governance.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve planning effectiveness.
• Mentor analysts and planning team on best practices.
