Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning in Canada. You will lead the Canadian demand planning function, shaping accurate, aligned forecasts and working with Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Planning to balance customer needs with operational realities.

You will drive forecast accuracy improvements, manage IBP governance, and modernize digital planning capabilities. Strong leadership and MS Office/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, IBP or operations planning in a CPG context.
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with ability to tie planning to costs, inventory and service outcomes.
• Experience with advanced planning systems (SAP APO, Kinaxis) is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning process with robust forecasting governance.
• Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to align demand with business plans.
• Integrate promotions, launches and market signals into planning processes.
