Job summary

Acestack seeks an experienced SAP IBP Lead for a full-time onsite role in Toronto, ON. The candidate will drive end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, lead planning initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities include design, configuration, data integration, testing, and mentoring junior consultants while providing strong client-facing leadership and guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.
• 10+ years of SAP IBP experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience with planning areas, key figures, operators, and master data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work with business teams on Demand, Supply, Inventory, SOP, and Response Supply planning processes.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems using CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot planning and data issues.

Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time SAP IBP Lead with extensive experience in SAP IBP configuration, implementation, supply chain planning, data integration, and client-facing delivery. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and provide technical and functional leadership across planning initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Work with business teams on Demand, Supply, Inventory, SOP, and Response Supply planning processes
• Configure SAP IBP for Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization, and SOP
• Design and configure planning areas, master data, key figures, attributes, and planning operators
• Develop planning views, dashboards, and Excel add-ins
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems using CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI
• Support data modeling, data flows, and performance optimization
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Provide production support and troubleshoot planning and data issues
• Prepare functional and technical documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Lead customer interactions and provide technical guidance

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience
• 10+ years of SAP IBP experience preferred
• Strong hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience
• Expertise in Demand, Supply, Inventory, or SOP modules
• Strong supply chain planning process knowledge
• Strong CI-DS/CPI-DS and RTI integration experience
• Experience with planning areas, key figures, operators, and master data
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
