Job summary

Nipro Canada Corporation seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planner to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and manage end-to-end supply planning across multiple facilities. You will issue POs, maintain item master data in ERP, and coordinate with sales, customer service, and international factories.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, ERP proficiency (Epicor/SAP), and experience in manufacturing or distribution environments. Minimal travel and involvement in SIOP are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning or related Supply Chain position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong ERP knowledge and experience with Epicor, SAP, or equivalent system.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
• Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Manufacturing and/or Distribution experience preferred.
• Experience in ERP modules: MRP/DRP, Purchase Info Record, Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

• Create item level and product line forecasts from market demand requirements.
• Optimize stock holding levels within the total supply chain.
• Issue new purchase orders for inventory replenishment.
• Maintain item master min/max and lead times in ERP.
• Responsible for inventory balancing and inter-company transfers.
• Develop relationships with international factories and contacts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service on account management.
• Handle 3PL and distribution center daily activities (data entry, inventory control).
• Minimize slow-moving, short-dated, and obsolete inventory.
• Support SIOP process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
