Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of planning experience, preferably in industry.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes including S&OP/IBP and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation across planning landscape.
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP IBP solutions.
• Configure, test, and support planning system enhancements including UAT and change management.
• Develop planning metrics, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Monitor KPIs and address root causes of performance gaps.
• Support monthly S&OP/IBP cycles and data integrity.
• Champion SAP-IBP governance and master data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve planning effectiveness and visibility.
• Provide guidance to analysts and planning team on best practices.
