Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for Ontario OPS projects in Toronto. You will gather and document business and data requirements, define use cases and acceptance criteria, and liaise with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

Qualifications

Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting data, system, and business requirements.
Expertise in Visio diagrams and swim lanes for business processes.
Ability to define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT solutions.
Ability to liaise between business users, IT, and vendors.
Experience leading requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for tracking needs.
Proficient in Visio, Lucidchart, MIRO, and Figma for modeling.
Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel for data decisions.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM or cloud-based business solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis to document requirements and business needs.
Conduct JAD sessions, interviews, and form user stories with acceptance criteria.
Translate business/data needs into technical specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather input.
Develop process models and data flows; ensure traceability and governance.
