Qualifications

• Experience leading workshops to elicit and document requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience with use cases, user stories and UX inputs.
• Familiarity with QA and UAT processes.
• Ability to manage change and stakeholder communications.
• Experience on medium to large projects as a business analyst.
• Knowledge of OPS/IT standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to elicit, review and document business requirements and processes.
• Document business rules, use cases and user interface design.
• Create and maintain business models, data flows and process maps.
• Ensure alignment with Agile/DevOps methodologies across project lifecycles.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and business justifications for initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce traceability matrices and performance measures for BA evaluations.
