Qualifications

Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting data, system, and business requirements.
Strong experience creating Visio diagrams and swim lane diagrams for business/process analysis.
Ability to define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT solutions.
Experience with database analysis and SQL language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with systems re-engineering and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, system, functional, data, and non-functional requirements.
Assess business problems and opportunities and translate them into clearly documented requirements.
Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirements specifications.
Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and systems re-engineering.
Create and maintain Visio diagrams, process flows, swim lane diagrams, business process maps, and workflow models.
Conduct conceptual and logical data analysis and support data-flow modelling.
Perform database analysis and SQL querying to investigate and validate requirements.
Develop requirements traceability matrices and performance measures where required.
Translate business and data requirements into specifications for technical teams.
