Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in a relevant field of study such as architectural technologies, building science technology or engineering technology.
• Certification as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) Level 1 Thermography certification
• Applied Structural Drying Certification
• HAAG Roof Inspector Certification (Residential and Commercial)
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Building inspections and damage assessments for residential, commercial and agricultural buildings to determine repairs.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates and cost control plans for large losses.
• Provide training and support to adjusters on building construction and repair methods.
