Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution in a relevant field (e.g., Business).
• 3–5 years of experience adjudicating bodily injury claims of varying complexity, including commercial losses.

Responsibilities

• Manage bodily injury claims from investigation through resolution.
• Assess liability and damages, review medical documentation, and evaluate supporting information.
• Establish reserves and negotiate settlements with claimants and legal counsel.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to achieve timely outcomes.
