Elby Professional Recruitment is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst in Mississauga to act as the SME for UKG UltiPro and UKG WFM. You will configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS functionality, lead upgrades, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to drive process improvements and data integrity.

The role focuses on reporting, analytics, system integrations, and automation to maximize HR technology value and business impact. Requires 5+ years HRIS experience and direct UKG expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with 2+ years at a strategic level.
• Direct experience with UKG UltiPro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) required.
• Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and SME for UKG UltiPro and WFM.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS functionality to support requirements.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and new module implementations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT to improve processes and utilization.
• Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Support system integrations and data management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, continuous improvement, and enhanced user experience.

This role will serve as the subject matter expert for UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM), partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to optimize system performance, reporting, and business processes.
