Elby Professional Recruitment in Mississauga is seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee UKG UltiPro and UKG Workforce Management, aligning HR, Payroll, and Finance systems for optimal data delivery and business support.

You will lead HRIS projects, configure modules, and build dashboards, collaborating with Payroll, Finance, and IT. A Bachelor’s in HR/IS/Business and 5+ years HRIS experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with 2+ years operating at a strategic level.
• Direct experience with UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) required.
• Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, design, and integration of UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management.
• Implement new modules, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with Payroll, Finance, and IT on functionality and reporting.
• Lead all HRIS-related projects.
• Provide technical support to internal teams.
• Implement enhanced AI-powered tools.
• Build custom dashboards and reports.
• Manage other HRIS projects and duties as required.
