Qualifications

7+ years in HR roles, including 3+ years as HR Business Partner.
Proven experience in strategic HR planning and talent management.
Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on people-related matters.
Develop and implement talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Oversee employee relations and ensure fair policy application and grievance resolution.
Lead change management initiatives and effective communication.
Drive performance management and a culture of accountability.
Analyze HR data to provide insights to business leaders.
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
