Job summary

KOMP is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders across our Toronto operations. You will drive workforce planning, organizational development, and employee experience in a distributed organization.

You will partner with leaders on design, talent planning, and people initiatives, advise managers on employee relations, and translate workforce trends into actionable insights to support scalable, business-aligned people practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6+ years HR experience including HRBP responsibilities.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments preferred.
• Strong workforce-planning and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
