Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites in the Kimberley region. You will set regional goals, drive performance and lead a team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.

You will translate business strategy into actionable plans, monitor performance metrics, manage regional budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior leader with regional oversight.
• Strong understanding of operations best practices and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the region to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve regional and company objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operational staff across various locations.
