Job summary

Telescope Recruitment Incorporated is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple functions. This on-site role focuses on aligning people initiatives with business goals and guiding leadership through talent and organizational development.

The successful candidate will partner with senior HR leadership and business stakeholders to drive succession planning, change management, and effective workforce strategies in a global manufacturing

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience working in a large, complex or multinational organization.
• Strong business acumen, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, and change management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational priorities.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Lead performance management, talent assessments, and employee development discussions.
• Support organizational change, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise managers on employee relations and HR best practices.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Shared Services.
• Identify workforce challenges and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Support HR programs within a complex, global organizational structure.
