Job summary

OPTIMAL is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources division with strategic oversight and hands-on mentorship. You will own HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and performance management at an executive level, collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth and standardized workflows.

You will mentor teams, develop SOPs, and ensure consistent, compliant HR practices while maintaining strong English communication with employees and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Strong English communication with leadership and employees.
• Problem-solving, initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy with Gmail, Google Drive/Docs, Excel, and Office-like tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and mentor the HR team to ensure consistency and growth.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and professional development across the organization.
• Coordinate payroll and HR systems, and streamline SOPs and workflows.
