Teleperformance is seeking an onsite Human Resources Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders and operations teams in Toronto. You will partner on employee-related matters, support HR programs, and contribute to a healthy, compliant workplace with collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Training teams.

The role operates within a matrix reporting structure, supporting Operations alongside HR Managers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• CHRP/CHRL designation required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Act as a visible onsite HR partner and build trusted relationships with employees and leaders.
• Provide timely guidance to resolve workplace concerns and foster a fair, compliant culture.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Specialists, Training and HR Helpdesk.
