Job summary

Mint Health + Drugs is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HR documentation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires BambooHR experience, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll processes and compliance within a healthcare setting.

In-office Edmonton location, Monday–Friday, full-time. The successful candidate will manage employee records, generate reports, and collaborate across teams on HR initiatives,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field.
• Experience using BambooHR for HRIS or Payroll.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing, payroll audits, and employee payroll inquiries.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training activities.
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and communications.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure personnel files are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Generate HR reports and maintain workforce data analytics.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll.
• Support HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Experience working with pharmacy regulatory and licensing bodies.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
