MNP Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Consulting to lead engagements with SMEs, shaping HR strategy, policies, and governance. The role emphasizes client relationships, coaching senior staff, and scaling the practice’s HR offerings and methodologies.

You will guide teams across engagements and maintain high professional standards. Responsibilities include involvement in pay equity, recruitment, workplace climate, and HR compliance while leveraging AI and HR tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Active member in good standing of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources association.
• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
• PROSCI certification, coaching certification, or another relevant professional designation is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR operational consulting engagements, including policies, performance management, compensation, labour relations, talent management, and compliance.
• Manage sensitive or short-term mandates and respond quickly to urgent client needs with firm expertise.
• Support clients in structuring, optimizing, or managing their HR function for efficient operations.
• Identify client needs and propose the firm’s relevant solutions, including pay equity, recruitment, and HR compliance.
• Plan engagements, allocate resources, manage budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and ensure profitability.
