Leaps & Bounds Consulting Inc. is seeking a full-time HR Consultant to join our Managed HR Services practice in Winnipeg. You will deliver day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of diverse HR experience, strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws, and the ability to balance tactful guidance with practical, hands-on execution in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation (provincial & federal).
• Experience delivering day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and policy implementation.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.

• Provide HR support across multiple organizations and client portfolios.
• Act as trusted HR partner to leaders and employees on workplace matters.
• Execute core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policy implementation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters with sound judgment.
• Assist with accommodations, leaves, and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, templates, and client records.
• Contribute to development and improvement of HR tools, resources, and service delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities and client needs with strong organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across client work.
• Uphold confidentiality and high standard of client service.
• Support growth of Leaps & Bounds by improving internal processes and culture.
