BrokerLink Inc. in Canada is seeking an HR Consultant to provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, change management, compensation, benefits, training and development, and workplace respect. You will partner with managers and employees to deliver strategic HR solutions and drive positive outcomes.
The role involves leading or participating in projects related to HR objectives and applying a customer-driven mindset in a diverse workplace across our 200 offices.

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Through the development of strong partnerships with managers and employees, the HR Consultant will provide support and guidance on matters pertaining to performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, change management, compensation, benefits, training and development, and respect in the workplace.
