Job description

What is the opportunity? As the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) reporting to the VP of HR, Wealth Management and Insurance, you will provide strategic advice and counsel to the Global Asset Management (GAM) senior leadership teams on all aspects of Human Resources, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation management, performance enablement, organizational design, and change management.

What outcomes will you drive?
  1. Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that unlock potential, foster innovation, and drive growth.
  2. Advice and Consultation: Partner strategically with stakeholders to provide advice that influences people and organizational outcomes, utilizing HR data and insights to promote an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  3. Talent Performance and Development: Work with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent; build executive bench strength; develop succession plans aligned with long-term strategies.
  4. Organization Development: Ensure organizational structures support business goals such as growth, decision-making speed, client focus, employee experience, and cost efficiencies.
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with direct experience as an HR Business Partner working with senior leaders in Wealth Management and Asset Management firms.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, change management skills, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Excellent consultative and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong business, financial, and investment acumen.
  • Data-driven with the ability to make talent recommendations based on analytics.
  • Proven ability to assess complex situations and develop strategic, innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and digital skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
  • HR-related designations to complement the degree.
