HRBP-HR Business Partner

Location : Remote, in the greater Toronto area, working from the office 5% of the year.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our Clinic Operations in the Ontario and Atlantic Regions. As an HRBP at Lifemark, you will partner with Leaders and management teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support aligned with business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact the employee experience and contribute to our clinics' success.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Partner with senior leaders to drive key initiatives.
2. Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
3. Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
4. Support performance management initiatives, including coaching managers on feedback and performance improvement strategies.
5. Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues promptly, fostering a positive work environment.
6. Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
7. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements in Canada.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues professionally, empathetically, and discreetly.
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize demands effectively.
• Proficiency in ADP systems and MS Office Suite is an asset.

While this is a remote position, only candidates residing in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be considered. The successful candidate will occasionally conduct clinic visits and attend in-office meetings as needed.
