The Dorian Autograph Collection Hotel & Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to keep hotel equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. The role includes assisting the Chief Engineer and ensuring a safe environment for guests and associates, in line with brand standards.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of hotel maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive safety mindset.
Qualifications
- Experienced professional with at least one year of hotel maintenance experience.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, approachable, and safety-focused.
- Knowledge of common mechanical building equipment and general maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solver with efficient troubleshooting skills.
- Able to adapt priorities and handle guest or associate situations.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiar with Health & Safety regulations and protocols.
- Knowledge of plumbing, painting, drywalling, and basic carpentry.
