LEA Consulting in Markham, Ontario, seeks a Senior Highway Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex highway projects within the Civil Division. You will provide technical leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and mentor junior staff while contributing to business development.

You will build strong client relationships, support proposals, and maintain regulatory compliance, all within a collaborative hybrid work

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience in highway project management.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with PEO.
• Registered in MTO RAQS for designated categories.

Responsabilidades

• Lead detailed design activities for complex highway projects per TAC and MTO guidelines.
• Coordinate deliverables with design team and provide technical guidance.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for highway projects.
• Manage planning, scope, schedule, resources, and budgets to meet objectives.
• Represent LEA in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
