Egis Canada in Toronto, Ontario, seeks a Senior Project Manager for highways to lead multidisciplinary highway and bridge design projects and provide project management and design leadership. The role oversees engineers and staff, ensuring technical performance, schedule, and budget targets while maintaining client relations.

Required are a Civil Engineering degree, P.Eng. licensure, and 10–15 years of progressive highway design and project management experience in a consulting environment.

Formación

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
• 10–15 years of highway design and project management experience in consulting.
• Strong knowledge of highway/transportation policies, regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary detailed design highway and bridge projects as project manager and design lead.
• Lead teams delivering designs for freeways, urban and rural roads, interchanges and intersections.
• Mentor and oversee engineers and technical staff on projects.
• Monitor progress, technical performance, schedules and budgets to meet targets.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements are completed throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate activities with clients, approval agencies, utilities, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, work plans, schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients and leaders.
