Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering + 8 years of relevant experience in highway transportation projects.
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility) or PMP designation.
• Project management experience with MTO and Ontario municipal transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of highway/roadway projects per MTO standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including remote members.
• Set project priorities aligned with leadership and client objectives.
• Act as liaison between AECOM and client; enforce policies.
• Provide technical leadership in highway engineering and coordinate specialists.
• Oversee project phases from feasibility to detailed design and pursuit captures.
