• Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada (Ontario preferred) with a Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex transportation projects, including MTO highway design and P3 delivery models.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate strategic decision-making.
• Expertise in project scheduling tools and contract documentation.
• A passion for shaping sustainable transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highway design solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects across Ontario.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of MTO projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards to meet client milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and partners to align project goals with community needs.
• Drive proposal development and cost estimates for high-profile projects, including P3 and alt delivery.
• Mentor and guide engineers and coordinators, fostering knowledge transfer.
