Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Hardware Asset Management Analyst in Toronto. You will manage hardware IT assets, ensuring their lifecycle from acquisition to retirement. The role involves maintaining the hardware model database, creating reports to provide insights on hardware status, and improving IT Asset Management processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in ITAM and tools like Service Now and Power BI. A background in Computer Science and ITIL Foundation certification is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of hands-on working experience in an IT Asset Management role.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Hands-on working experience with Asset and Reporting modules within Service Now.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hardware model database and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Track and report on assets with aged or end of life models.
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
